For fans of both cinema and music, summer sometimes means choosing between film festivals and music festivals, but what if you didn’t have to? Way Out West, the three-day music festival held in Gothenburg, Sweden may be for you. It has a film program with screenings free for everyone with a festival ticket.

Join me on Friday 9th May to celebrate Tate Modern’s 25th Birthday with a Short Film Screening, “A Night of Dreams” (curated by myself, Stafi Samaki, founder of BIB (Black in Britain)) inspired by Dorothea Tanning’s surrealist painting Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (1943).
