A Black History Month Launch: "Manhood Through the Generations

About: Manhood Through the Generations is a screening and Q&A commissioned by Tower Hamlets to explore, seek meaning in and uncover the black male experience this time around. We will have a riveting panel hosted by Tope Chiedozie after some incredible films by Chimaobim Nathan, Shehroze Khan, and Timi Akindele-Ajani, who have each contributed thought-provoking pieces to this event.

Good Trouble Festival

About: In this stark, stripped back performance, five dancers move through mysterious and experimental rites of passage, channeling past, present and future tensions through their bodies and voices. As if to exorcise the haunted house of history, the dancers whisper, jump, wrestle, shiver, wail and laugh, filling the space with horrors, both real and imagined.
